With shouldered form, tube line decoration and blue flowers on a pale blue ground, this is a fantastic early signed piece of William Moorcroft (1872-1945) in Art Nouveau style, as part of the Florian collection during his time working for J. Macintyre & Co in Burslem, UK.  I would suggest this miniature vase was made around 1903.

The vase is signed in green with printed factory stamp and numbered 60.
